lightening up...

My last two posts were a bit heavy and I decided to lighten up a bit.  I have had NO time to take any pictures lately so I decided to do a little phone dump to show you what has been going on with us over the last month...

Landon colored this picture of Adam and Eve in Sunday school.  I asked why Adam was all blue and he told me it was because he was floating in the water.  

This gaudy lamp is hanging in our new house.  I have some big plans for this lamp that will make it more shabby chic rather than a piece from the "Liberace house of crap".

Doesn't it drive you crazy when you buy your kid a present and all they end up playing with is the box?

Chris and I went to see Keith Urban in concert with some great friends.

I had to kill this snake in our backyard.  It turned out not to be venomous but I wasn't going to take any chances!

I finally got some new running shoes that don't cause my toes to go numb.  These shoes are awesome!  LOVE!
My mom saved all of the books that I made in elementary school.  Ashlyn read this one and we realized that I wrote it in 3rd grade and was the same age that she is right now.  She thought that was pretty cool.

Memejo is spending the week with us while Chris is on a business trip.  I won't have a lot of time to blog because we are having a blast!  I will update when the week is done.  I hope you all have a great week!
