Tahoe 2019, day 1...

Every summer we return to the crystal clear waters of Lake Tahoe. This tradition has been six years in the making & we look forward to it every year. Someone recently asked me, "why Tahoe?" Upon hearing where we were from even the camp host at Sugar Pine campgrounds said "you guys could have just gone to Folsom Lake, it's a lot closer." Well, aside from the obvious response, "because we love it" there are just so many things about Tahoe that make it almost magical. Every time I catch a glimpse of the lake I am in complete awe of God's creation. It is so incredibly beautiful & I find myself feeling truly grateful to be in this majestic setting.
