We went to Sugar Pine in Tahoe again this year. Over the years we have camped at many different locations but this particular spot remains our favorite.
Setting up camp went so smoothly this year. We all worked together & the kids did such a great job helping unload the trucks, put up the tents, set out the chairs & put away the food. I think we set up in half the time! Of course, we also set up the hammock. It's probably the best money we've ever spent.

After setting up camp Ashlyn, Landon & Olivia went to explore & to build a massive fort.
Per our tradition, we headed to Squaw Valley to have our first night's dinner at Fireside Pizza. I'm not sure if it's the fact that we were camping or just that we were incredibly hungry but I think we all decided that this is one of our favorite pizza places. EVER. Seriously, the Big Mountain pizza is to die for!
