Every day when I pick him up from school I get to hear about who he played against that day, how many three pointers he made & how many "ankles he broke". He may not always know where his homework is but I can guarantee that he knows where his basketball is at all times.

I may be biased but he is actually pretty good. Now that the middle school season is over he's currently on a competitive basketball team. He gets really useful instruction from a high school basketball coach & is constantly looking to improve his game.

Landon is dedicated & works really hard. I'm so proud of the way he demonstrates good sportsmanship on the court & encourages his teammates.

Landon is a HUGE Warriors fan. I'm pretty sure if you asked him he would say that Steph Curry is his favorite basketball player. Not a bad role model to have; humble, a constant encouragement to his teammates & God-honoring. Over the last few years, as his love of basketball has grown, he has saved up his money & purchased many MANY pairs of Curry basketball shoes. I think the last I heard he was up to eight pairs. He has expanded to KD's, Damian Lillards & there has been talk about Kyrie's. I have told him that he is not allowed in the house if he purchases LeBron James' shoes. We do NOT support the Cavs.
Every single day Landon wears basketball shorts, some sort of basketball shirt and basketball shoes. It doesn't matter what event we are attending, as far as Landon is concerned there is an appropriate basketball themed outfit to fit the occasion. Recently, he asked us to purchase him long pants. Not basketball warm up pants but khakis. Needless to say we were all shocked. I still hardly recognize him when he is wearing pants because I am so used to seeing him in basketball shorts.
