crazy week...

Hey all!  I am going to be a bit absent this week.  The kids are off on an exciting adventure with Memejo and I chose this week of freedom opportunity to paint our kitchen cabinets white.  They are currently the original cabinets that came with this house in the 1970's.  Cracked, worn, chipped 70's brown is not exactly my style.

Chris and I were able to get a jump start on the sanding and painting on Saturday.  Things were going great and then my back went into spasm.  I seriously look like a hunched over 85 year old woman because if I straighten it hurts!  I couldn't even breathe the first night.  It loosened up a bit during the day yesterday but after sleeping I woke up and was unable to move again.  So I am getting off to a slower start than I had originally planned.  Never fear - I won't let this stop me!  Those cabinets WILL get painted!
