Chris got his test results back and he does not have Valley Fever. WOOOHOOO! From what the doctor said he had an infection in his lungs. We may never know what caused it but he is doing much better now. He can breathe normally and is starting get his strength back.
Chris and I believe the culprit of his infection and allergies may be his recently traded company car (which I now refer to as "The Mold Mobile"). From the day he received the car it reeked of mildew and no matter how hard we cleaned it the smell would not go away. We have come to believe the mold was in the air conditioning system. Chris had never had seasonal allergies and after obtaining this vehicle his allergies started, then came the breathing problems and most recently this lung infection.
Thankfully, Chris' two years with the "Mold Mobile" were up and he was able to trade it for a mold-free vehicle. He advised his company to not give the old vehicle to anyone because of the detriment it would be to their health. So, just in case you didn't already know - don't breathe in mold!! It's not good for your lungs! :)
