Amidst the busyness of December with Christmas planning, work, finals & serving at The Story Ashlyn & I were able to spend some much needed time outdoors. She had a photo assignment that required her to take some landscape photos & enabled us to take an early morning hike. The temperature was cold & the trail was muddy but I am so thankful that the area that we live in provides so many incredible trails & opportunities for enjoying the beauty of God's creation.
