life in general...

Ashlyn and Landon have slipped easily back into the throws of school and homework.  They both love the teachers they got for the year and have had very little homework woes during this first month of school.  I'm pretty sure that Ashlyn's favorite class this year is French.  Most days she can be found walking around the house mumbling the alphabet in French.  She is determined to memorize it and pronounce the letters with a proper French accent.

In addition to school Landon has started Fall Baseball.  It's a bit more of a learning environment than the regular Spring season and because of this it is far less competitive.  He doesn't seem to mind and has taken to helping out the younger kids on his team who aren't as familiar with the ins and outs of the game.  Actually, Landon is the oldest kid on his team which is a rare occurrence in itself.

Chris is traveling quite a bit these days.  He has worked incredibly hard and accomplished a lot over this past year. I am extremely proud of him.

Now that the kids are back in school my days are mainly spent with this goob...


No matter where I go or what I do, she is right behind me.  I couldn't ask for a cuter companion.  




Life is good.  We are busy and blessed!
