I don't know that I was encouraged or more motivated afterwards but I did get some cute photos of Basil!
Basil recently found her bone which had been missing for over a month. For a week she wouldn't let it out of her sight. She made sure she carried it with her when it was time for bed at night, tucking it in beside her. I always joke that toys aren't allowed in bed but for some reason that never seems to stop her. Basil generally follows me wherever I go so when I got up in the morning the first thing she did was grab it and bring it along. 
She's such a cutie.
