One morning when we were particularly busy Ashlyn offered to make breakfast for herself and Landon. I love her helpful spirit.

I got to spend a quiet evening at home with Landon last Saturday while Chris and Ashlyn were out. After dinner we cozied up on the couch and watched The Odd Life of Timothy Green. It was such a sweet movie! Landon loved it and of course, I cried. Shocking, right?! I had such a great time with my sweet boy.
It has been pretty cold here lately so we've been making sure that Basil is all bundled up when she goes to sleep...
on this particular night she made sure she had her bone tucked in with her...

Chris took Landon out for pizza one night and when they came home Landon told me that he got something for me. He pulled out the clear plastic egg and slid this ring on my finger. The first piece of jewelry he has gotten for me. Couldn't help but smile.
