Basil doesn't enjoy being in the crate. I usually give her a treat when I put her in the crate and if we are leaving at the beginning of the day I fill her kong with food and peanut butter. On this particular day I filled the kong and had everyone use the bathroom before we left the house. When I came out there was Basil, sitting in her crate waiting for her treat. I would love it if she was actually getting used to her crate (finally) but I know it's really just the promise of peanut butter.
Have you read this book yet? I put off reading it for a long time but it is so good!
After finding out that Landon's first grade class hasn't been to the art room all year long I volunteered to be the art docent for his class. Our first lesson is next week and this is the project that I am planning for the kids. Ashlyn and Landon loved my sample so I think the kids will have fun!
I decided to do a little thrift shopping this week. I found this pair of 7 for all mankind denim capris at Goodwill for $10.99!! They retail for $152!! SCORE!!
(oh, and just in case you thought that picture was of me (wait, let me stop laughing and pick myself up off the floor ) it is in fact not me)
I am going to book end with Basil today. Who couldn't love this face?
Have a wonderful weekend everyone! :D

Just wondering what does hooking up with 'Life Rearranged" mean? I know that it is another blog but us readers out here don't see anything different when you "hook up".
Aww poor Basil in the crate, lol! What a cute and sad little face! :P
