because sometimes things don't work out exactly how you pictured them in your mind. But that's ok. That just helps us to focus on what we truly have to be thankful for...

We enjoyed the warmth of family in our home and the aroma of delicious food. We laughed, we played games...
Chris cooked the entire meal this year. Let me tell you it was GOOD! We listened to a little Christmas music while we ate....and OH how we ate!

In all seriousness, I am very thankful. Not just today, but every day. God has taught us a lot this year about His provision and grace. I am truly thankful for my family and for all that God has blessed us with.
