basketball...

I know it's been over a week since I posted anything.  We had a busy couple of weeks which included a week-long business trip for Chris and bookended with colds for both Ashlyn and myself.  Thankfully, everyone is healthy and home now.

I think we are finally finished with our busy school season.  Ashlyn completed her science project last week.  She did such a great job and did all of the work by herself.  I am really proud of all the hard work she has done this year.

We spend Saturday morning watching Landon play basketball.  He has really improved over the last year.

Basketball is a really fun sport to watch.  There is a lot of action and the movement never stops.  Of course, when you are the big sister you would much rather play games on the iPad (and make goofy faces for the camera) than watch your brother play any sport. 

(Seriously though, look at this girl's beautiful eyes.  I am so in love with them.)

I think the fact that Chris helped coach Landon's team this year made it that much better for Landon.  They got to spend a little "guy time" together and have fun at the same time.  

Landon only has one game left this season but he is already talking about the quickly approaching soccer season. That's my Landon...always moving!  Never a dull moment!
